about

Elizabeth Kaniarz, msw, cfp®

My name is Elizabeth Kaniarz. My goal is to help you learn to navigate some challenging relationship issues in a wise and caring way.  Allowing oneself to be strong, yet gentle by using scripture as a guide and the framework for these life lessons.

Over the past 30 years, I worked as a social worker and then made a career change into business.  There were so many challenges that I came across in dealing with people.  I developed this program to share what I learned in the hope that it will help you, as well.

The Stand for What Is Noble study guide will cover topics such as:

How to deal with difficult questions.

How to fine tune your emotional intelligence skills to do such things as read a room or recognize emotions in facial expressions.

How to use your voice as a gauge to your own emotional state before you respond to someone.

I selected these and few other key areas for the topics to include in this workbook. I will share with you the research and the tools I found helpful.  We will discuss the need for an awareness of ourselves and discover what triggers our natural response and then from there we will work on ways to train ourselves to respond to others in the most noble way.

I enjoy travelling, history, bocce ball, cooking, entertaining, and visiting with family.
